It’s newer than X10, which means it’s not so new. But it’s good! Lovely to handle and use. Not the best iq, not the best af, not the best battery life… But like the X10, there is something that makes You want to pick it up and go shoot. And those Fuji colors are sweet, for real.

So, am I going to keep the X30? No. I’ll hold on to the old X10. The impovements are not enough. This is not my video camera, it’s not my “serious” camera. This is a camera I’ll take with me because it’s fun and delivers images that have a special feel. And the X10 does that. On the other hand, if X30 would be Your first purchase, go for it!
